Help Fixing Over Exposure

Hi,

Family took some pictures at my graduation with my Ixus 65 P&S and some of the pictures have overexposed no thanks to the back drop.

I have a small folder of pictures (about 10 I think) that need some tweaking to sort them out. If I were to send them to one of you guys over MSN would you be able to help me out on this?

I have tried using PS to sort them out but they never look natural colour wise when I am finished with them.
