HELP getting rid of shadows

Hope someone can help me.

I took some photos this morning against a cream wall and although I had my lights on i kept getting shadows behind my subject.:crying:

Could someone please help me as to where is best to position my lights ect.:)

any help or pointers greatly received.:love:

The light source is too harsh and the shadow is exacerbated as your subject is too close to the background.

What are you using as a light source? Have you modified it in any way (reflected it off or through a brolly, softbox etc)?

No offence, but do you understand how shadows are created? As above, your subject is too close to the wall, the light source is overly harsh.

A flash bounced of the ceiling is another good technique.
 
and try and get the light source over the top of the lens rather than to one side
