hi i was looking for help in the Warrington area , i am really struggling to get sharp images , i have a canon eos 400d with a sigma 150-500mm lens.

i am completely new to photography and was wandering if anyone in the warrington area would take me under there wing.

i am interested in wildlife photography.

hope it not to much to ask.

Hopefully someone in the area can help you out, being shown something practicaly is the best way to learn but in the mean time post up the pics you're struggling with and alot of help can be given that way, the images contain lots of info in the EXIF data.
 
Think you need to explain/post an example of what you mean by 'not sharp'. My 1st thoughts are slight blurring due to to slow a shutter speed hand held but could be a number of things. Post an example pic is my suggestion.
 
Being a local lad I firstly would ask where are you shooting your wildlife?

I would also suggest posting a couple of shots your taking with your EXIF (Settings) so we can see what sort of "sharpness" you have and if their is something you might be getting wrong that we can ask you to try differently.
 
Maybe the same problem I have shooting distance in poor light, the lens can't cope very well and the shutter speed has to drop, or ISO upped, resulting in less than perfect images
Buy a nice long f2.8 lens, be poor and enjoy your shots :D
