Yes
I'm currently using a Tamrac Ultra Pro 17, but I'm one lens away from outgrowing it.....:help:

I need something to fit 2 bodies, one with a 70-200mm attached, the other with a 17-55mm attached, plus 5 flashguns and room for another 3 or 4 small/medium lenses.....no need for a laptop section.

I'll be looking myself over the next few days, but any recommendations to save me the trouble will be very welcome!!

Budget is £150-ish!!!

Not many shoulder bags that size, but suggest the Lowepro Magnum 650 - just need to see if you can get it for your price.

ive got a commercial AW.... its MASSIVE!

Would fit all of the above in i would think. I got mine for £60 on ebay in great condition. you should be able to find one :)

Im looking for something smaller for walkaround, i use it to keep all my gear in at home and carry stuff to the studio.

The Commercial AW is a great bag but they may have stopped making it now - I can't see any stock anywhere and it's not on Lowepro's website any more. I got mine on special offer last year - £99 from Calumet :).

Pics here give an idea of capacity - http://www.cambags.com/bag-type/sho...lder-bags/item/208-lowepro-commercial-aw.html.

Thanks for the suggestion.....I looked at buying one of those a while ago but I couldn't hold on any longer and had to go with the Tamrac!! I'd prefer to buy new.....but if a bargain comes along in the next couple of weeks it might be a go-er!!

Look at the Lowepro Pro Runner 450 AW. It will take a huge amount including a gripped crop sensor or pro body with 70-200 with ease. I have had mine for about 6 weeks and even when full, I find it comfortable to carry.

Thanks Andy, but I'm not after a Backpack.....looks a nice bag though!!

Never even thought of Think Tank!! :bonk: By the look of it, the Retrospective 30 is about the same size as my Ultra Pro 17....

No idea, but if you do a search on YouTube there are plenty of videos of togs cramming huge amounts of gear into them....

The bag I normally have when we go out to play is a Lowepro stealth reporter 650 AW. You could probably fit all your kit into it, but getting to something in a hurry could be problematic with stuff being on top of other stuff.
What about the Lowepro add-on lens pouches? You could add these to any bag with a bit of jiggery-pokery - and might save you a few quid rather than buying a new bag?

That's not a bad idea to be honest Tim.....I'll have a look at your 650 at the meet next week if you're bringing it along?!

Sorry - it is my Bag of choice for our magnificent photography excursions. :D

I didn't know the family had restrictions on what bag we could use ...

ALL Mafia related decisions MUST go through me.....that's another couple of fingers you'll be losing on Saturday!! :shake:

Is the second finger of each hand suitable? :D
Any way, back on topic - If your current bag is just about full why not get a couple of lens pouches to tide you through until you find the exact bag you need?

It's not an immediate need.....it's at capacity atm, but any more purchases and I'll have a problem!! I'm eyeing up a 60D as a 3rd body.....might cause bag problems!!

It's my own fault for carrying 5 flashguns everywhere I go.....:cuckoo: I never use more than 3 at a time!!

So a small add-on bag or pouches attached to the main bag could work out well - You could keep all the just in case gear separate from the use it all the time gear?

Stop coming up with sensible solutions.....I HAVE to look as important as possible when I stroll up to shoot a wedding and the bigger the bag, the better the wedding photographer......EVERYONE knows that!!! :cuckoo:

to be honest, i think you'll struggle to find a shoulder bag that fits all that due to health and safety malarky................. distributed weight etc etc.........

Lowepro's website has a bag finder - yuo say what you want to put in and it comes up with ideas.

As a bit of a bag whore, although that affliction is not as bad as my jacket, boot or lens one, I thought this tip was going to be bad for me- fortunately I'm far too fussy and each time I hadn't noticed it had already gone to 0 suggestions before I had even finished- credit card safe for time being:lol:
