I currently use a Lowepro Slingshot 100 to hold my modest kit. Its perfect for what I currently use, but will be too small for my impending upgrade, which is likely to include the following:
Canon 60D
Canon 17-55 F2.8 IS
Canon 70-200 F4 IS
Canon 430 EX II
Canon 50 F 1.8
Sigma 30 F1.4 or Sigma 10-20 F4-5.6
I've been looking at the flipside 300, and the Kata 3N1 series which both seem to be very capable. However I already own a very good, and very comfortable The North Face rucksack which has more pockets than a trouser shop. I'm therefore considering whether I could use this as my 'transporting vessel', adding sort sort of 'case' to protect my body/lenses. Anything like this exist? I have a picture in my mind of a padded holder with dividers, similar to the sort of thing you find inside camera rucksacks like the Lowepro et al.
