Help neaded urgently

Hi

Not sure if anyone can help, i was getting ready to load all the software on pc for my canon 30d and it broke when someone sat on it not knowing it was there so im looking for another 1 if anyone can help.

I do have software for my old 300d so not sure if i could load this and then go to canon download centre and upload all the updates for the 30d **** would over right the 300d software.

Any help please

I have the CD for my 40D - not sure if it'll be compatible. Can zip it up and pop it online if nobody else can help with a 30D disk.

thanks, looked at this earlier but from what i can see there only updates to the camera software that you already have.

If you just want zoombrowser etc then the 300D stuff will work fine. Anything mnore technical though and I wouldn't be sure.

I think you have to look around all the canon sites. The Europe site doesn't have much in the original software but the Japanese or USA sites do.

you can download all the latest versions from Canon. They retain backwards compatibility with older cameras
