My 1 month old Sony RX100II has come up with a message saying "Turn Power Off then on"

It's brand new and purchased from John Lewis

Google says lens might be stuck?

Can John Lewis swap it over???

John Lewis has the best service and my friend works where they deal with the claims on their guarantees and she says she would always deal with John Lewis as they are so good. You should be fine.
