Hi there, I'm new to this site and new to photography too really and I'm looking to get a new camera. I'm only planning on taking photos for my own enjoyment so I'm not looking for anything professional etc just a wee digital camera I can keep with me for up to £250? Does anyone have any particular recommendations? I don't know where to start I'm afraid!!

Ooh thanks for that Daugirdas - will certainly have a good look into them. As it is my first proper good camera I want something quite straight forward to use but also with enough features that I can learn to play about with my pictures more.
