How can I solve this??

I have location and Time set as London/Dublin in the settings

Not very clued up on PC's and there ways

Go into settings and change your region to the uk and while there change the currency to £
That should sort it.
I have already done that. Time zone and currency [emoji19]

My ISP (vodafone) caused me a similar problem last year. The IP addresses which they were allocating were from another country which meant all websites identified my location incorrectly.
Could be a similar problem?

You can check where your IP identifies as being here https://nordvpn.com/what-is-my-ip/:

  1. Right click the URL box at the top of any Google Chrome window.
  2. Click Edit Search Engines…
  3. Click the Add… button.
  4. Set the name to whatever you want (e.g. "Google UK").
  5. Set the keyword to whatever you want (e.g. "uk").
  6. Click the Add button.
  7. Click the Make Default button.

Google is your friend. ;)

May need to tell the browser which country. And yes, use Firefox, opera, brave or Vivaldi, rather than edge or Chrome.

No idea really but I usually add uk at the end of any search where it’s important.

I do that still no joy

In windows 10 search bar

Type: set default location & press enter

set the default location to roughly where you live and things will work fine.

Thanks very much- did that now works 100% - you sir are a gent :) :
