The short answer is no. You can't do much about any atmospheric haze. It is what is is I'm afraid. Assuming you're shooting digital your camera's sensor has a UV filter anyway
I do not use lightroom but you can sometimes improve haze by using levels, setting a black point or increasing contrast. It will not be perfect but may be acceptable.
I did this with Nikon Capture NX-D, I simply selected the black control point and clicked it on the side of the ship
