Help please with the name of a Photoshop technique

Please can you help? I would like to manipulate an image in Photoshop that will have the subject in colour but the rest of the image in black and white.

I have seen some images on here using the technique but cant remember the Photoshop name for it. Once I have the name, I will then look for a tutorial to create the effect.

Can anyone put me out of my misery?

The term is known as 'Selective colouring'.
Type it into the 'Search Box' upper right and you'll find plenty of info about the technique.

Strangely enough, I've always known it as 'selective desaturation'. Different sides of the same coin, really.
