Help understanding Manfrotto tripod heads?

Hi there Im currently using a manfrotto MK394-PQ which i get on really well with but have been looking at the different heads that you can get, as im after a little bit more control when it comes to fine adjustment? Can you change the head on these pods and if so is there one i should be looking for?

The Manfrotto site describes your tripod as having an integrated head which would suggest it can't be changed. That said I don't have experience of that particular model so can't be certain.

Regarding which head to go to (which may be academic without changing tripod legs) it would depend on what you're doing with it, for landscapes and architectural stuff I'd recommend a 3 way head or if budget allows a geared head but either would be useless if you're shooting something moving.
