Help with Bailey

I took this shot of Bailey yesterday and happy with how well he has come out, but,the ground looks all wrong...

Is there anything you can think of that would save this pic?

What are you not happy about, the DoF has caused an out of focus area, this could be croped maybe.

It was more to do with the fact he is standing straight butthe grass looks as if it's at 45 degrees...

Ah, that would be due to perspective (I think) asume you were holding the camera at angle, this has got him straight, but the grass off, would be quite dificult to alter, bu to be honest, I like it as is

I really like the angle the only thing I'm not sure about is the foreground, personally I would crop a bit more off, but that is just me. I love the expression on Bailey's face, he is lovely.
