Help with holding that long lens

:lol::lol::lol: Ive seen a guy with one of those I wouldnt entertain it, waste of money get a good tripod and a gimbal head, to me that would make it even harder :lol::lol::lol: Ive never had a prob handheld with the big siggy and Im only 7 stone wet through

Think its more of stance and make a tripod with your arms and body to help brace it, mostly folks that mention that havent got the hang of it

You can get the more up to date bushhawk as well. I had one for a while and used it with a 100-400, found it ok to be honest a bit top heavy. One of the many gadgets ive tried and sold on.
 
£150, and no two stage trigger, just some velcro to stick a stock wired remote trigger to it somewhere...

clever idea lol

but the subjects your trying to take pics of will see the photographer sighting them up and think 'gun' and not exactly hang around lol
