Right the problem I have is that at work I use Outlook on Exchange and when I quick glance at my calendar all my forthcoming appointments are highlighted bold on the day.
When I look at my iCal calendar at home it doesnt do this, so when I book in something on my calendar for say the end of June I have to keep looking through the whole calendar to see what day I have booked something rather than those days with appointments in being highlighted.

Does this make sense? If so does anyone know how to get round this??

Cheers

Mine is the same, in the mini calendar bottom left, you can just see dates. I fin it easiest to have the main calendar set to month view then you can see everything for the month and scroll through months easily.

If you then want a specific date, just double click and it flicks to day view.

Hope this helps...

What Andrew says. Just switch to 'Month' view for the quick scan through. This will bring into view the actual appts rather than highlighting a date. Far better than Outlook.

Yeah I know about the month view but it would be sooo much easier if the dates that had appointments in were showing as bold!

I was sure it did that, but checked last night and it doesn't. I agree that it is a bit rubbish.
