My daughter re-loaded her Sims2 thingy in her newly repaired laptop, but only 25% shows up on the screen. Grateful for any help, suggestions.

The laptop was reformatted due to a recent problem, and it worked OK before this.
 
Might just be the screen resolution, have a wee play with the display settings.

Anyone else with help or suggestions? Just want to make my girl happy when she comes round tomorrow.
 
hmmm newly repaired? Did it have a fresh install of windows on it?

First thing I would do would be to update the graphics drivers and see if that sorts it.

90% of the problems with most games is due to drivers.
