Help With Raw Thumbnails on a Mac

For some reason i cant see .arw Sony thumbails in Finder, works fine in Preview, but doesnt show in cover flow or thumbnail/icon view at any size.

Any ideas what i can do to sort this out?

Running 10.7.4 btw. 2011 27" base spec.

I don't think you are alone. I just Googled "support for sony .arw om mac" and got a lot of hits with other people with the same difficulty. My suspicion is that it's inherent in the Mac OS at the moment.

lol. I managed to sort it last night.

Verify and repair disk permissions.

Then go to Library/preferences and deleted any file called com.apple.finder.plist.xxxx

Relaunch finder.

Go to a file with .arw and resize to 64x64
