I am having a bit of trouble resizing some images ready to send for print.
Normally i use faststone image resizer, but having read the guides on the printers website i don't think i can use this.
I am trying to get some 10"x15" prints so i have created a 10"x15" canvas on photoshop and copied in the original hi res image. I then used the transform tool to resize the image to fit within the canvas and save as a jpeg of highest quality.
When i upload these i get a warning saying the images are only 72dpi. What am i doing wrong and how should i be doing it?

If you upload a 4"x4" image and choose the 6"x4" print size, your image will be stretched to 6"x4" resulting in cropping. The way to order odd sized images is to put the image onto a template whttp://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=19hich matches the print size, i.e. if you want a 4"x4" then you need to put the 4"x4" onto a 6"x4" template, flatten and save as a JPEG at 305dpi. The result will be that your 4"x4" image will be in the middle of a 6"x4" print.
