Help with tripod

Morning guys,

Over the weekend i was very kindly given a tripod by a friend who doesnt use it no more, its looks well looked after and very light.
My friend did say that at one point it did have a quick release plate for it which is still there but he couldnt find the part that goes on the base of the camrea.

My question is that does anyone know where i could find one please

The make and model of the tripod is

Philips SBC 5362

Thanks I've been untouched with them and they are looking into one to fit my tripod
