help with windows home

I have a laptop that I have the windows code for but I no longer have the recovery disk or a xp home install disk, how can I get a hold of xp home without having to buy another licsense.

ask someone who has an xp home disk if you can borrow it, if youve got the licence its fine to do this.

You may be able to obtain a copy from Windows.

Try calling their customer services, you never know they may have an FTP you can download the image file from.

I will try microsoft then as I dont know anyone with home, they all have pro and my code is just for home.
