Help with wordpress blogs

I have had wordpress installed on my server for probably 2 years now.
I never really got into getting a blog properly set up due to not loving any of the themes I can find out there.

I want something so simple with great easy formal navigation.

Does anyone have a list of good themes of the above spec for wordpress so I can get into setting up a blog for myself?

I think the most popular is Pixeled that i run, but others are Inove which looks ok to, i am looking at changing mine once i work out all this coding n new theme

best bet is just to sit and go through the directory and see if anything is there you like

I have ended up finding one I really like.
It gives me room to make changes in the CSS I presume?
This is pretty much how I wanted my blog. Really uniformed and clear.

Do you know how I can install technologies into it like that clickable image which loads up on a dark background?

once you found it download, unzip and upload to your site into the themes folder for your blog, then you can activate it.

for images to open in what i think you mean a javascript window (like mine?) i used a plugin called shutter reloaded
