help !

please can anyone tell me why when i post the link to a photo on my flickr page,i get the whole page rather than just the image......

its very annoying and i want to sort it out...many thanks.

do you copy the image location itself?

normally starts with farm.static.flickr or something along those lines.

sorry to sound patronising if you know what you're on about it's just one of the things thats people sometimes miss

mate i am new to flickr,as i usually host my picks on photobucket,but was tols flickr is better quality for images?

have a look for yourself mate as i am lost

You need to click the "All Sizes" magnifying glass showing just above your image. That will take you to your photo where you can select various sizes. Click the size option you want then scroll down to the link it provides you. Just copy and paste that link.

Note that images embedded in the forums should be no wider than 800px
