Ive been trying to post somewhere to ask for help. Im very new to photography and want to get all the info i can. Can anyone reccommend any books they think are suitable to begginers. I got the digital slr for dummies book but dont really like it. And one got any reccommendations? Or even some pointer etc to get me started.

The Digital Photography book by Scott Kelby. Gave me lots of insight.
 
OO i aint worried about photoshop. I used that ALOT in college and school so i can do allsorts. Just a few techniques i could do with learning. Mainly books.
