The first one, although the lighting works, the positioning is off for me? Should be looking into the space, the second one has a similar issue, work with the rule of thirds, she should be placed on the right hand third line, and the last one, the lighting is just wrong, the hues doesn't flatter her features and the central position doesn't work, the first too were far better :)

I like the first one apart from the positioning (as above).

Could you add canvas to the righthand side and crop off the left so she ends up on the lefthand third?

1 is the only one i would say is complimentary, but you have the lady on the rhs looking right with a considerable area of black to the left
recomposition may help ...that means cropping to square as a left hand crop would be getting too far into the standard portrait format...i prefer squarish
