Heron in the sun

This was taken in the summer in the Zoo. Thought i post it up cause i havent really been taking many new photos at the moment. And i kinda had a look through all my oldish photos last night (kinda memory trip) and thought this one would be nice to post. Well hope you like xxx

Like the composition on this one, for me the space to the right really works.

That is very impressive, I think the sharpness and depth of field is spot on, i like the colours of the heron and the way its looking into the photo.

Nice image, the bird is looking into the frame, a nice contrasty image.

You could play with the border though, it's a little bit overpowering and it substantially reduces the image size.
