Hiding in the shade

Bit tight in the top RH of the frame Neil and can you pull the highlights back?
 
I can't tell for sure but is her bottom in focus and her eyes not? Probably just my monitor. I'd be interested to know what time of day this was shot as it does look quite bright? - I'm learning so trying to get as much information as possible from more experienced people...

It was taken late morning so not in the ideal light
