High speed compact recommendations?

Hi all
Brother and sister-in-law came to visit with their wee kids at the weekend and I got to take some pics with my A200.
They're in the market for a new camera and liked the continuous exposure facility.
They won't take to a DSLR - they really just want a point and shoot.
Does anybody know of a mid-range compact that maybe offers 2 - 3 fps?

The finepix bridge cameras would do the job nicely me thinks.

Cheers Trev, I'll take a squizz.
I know can be dependant on card, battery, image size etc. so it's a bit of a fine art picking something like this. Appreciate your help
