I had the good fortune to be the "official" photographer at a wedding in the Italian hilltop village of Capestrano - about 2 hours east of Rome. A great time was had and the wedding photos I may post up later. They're ok I reckon, but not great. For the moment these are my shots of the village itself - a fascinating place, I loved it, I could have spent days there taking photos. I'm pleased overall with the shots I took there - it's a tumbedly down place, made more so by the recent earthquake. I'll definitely go back.

#1 Possibly one of my favourite shots ever...

Hi. I don't agree with you about No 1. For me, your B+W (not normally my favoutrite format) just reminds me so much of Italian villages. Really good.

Ned got in 1st about the mono being the stand out one.
Sorry but the others just look like quick snaps but do capture the tumble down feel of the place.

Thanks for that - but #1 is definitely going on my wall. :)

No need to say sorry Keith - snaps of a tumble down place are what they're meant to be! :D

I like the mono one too and with a little more contrast it'd be outstanding.
