Did anyone watch "Hinterland" the first time round? It was on the S4C & BBC 4 back in 2013. I'm on series 3 on Netflix. The Welsh scenery is just beautiful.
 
That long ago? It doesn't seem like it. I used to love Hinterland. The whole thing was shot in a very sombre palette. It seemed somehow more tangible to me than a lot of other dramas.
 
Yes, that part of Wales does have some stunning scenery.

In Series One, they used Devils Bridge Falls as prominent location, where if I remember correctly, an abandoned hotel above the falls was stood in as the fictional children's home in the plot...
