hitech 77mm wide angle adaptor - lens cap size?

Evening all

now i know this might seem a bit random, but I've just got my newish hitech 100mm kit but when i put the adaptor on which id like to leave on obviously the lens cap doesn't fit, i don't have different sizes so wondered if anyone else had come across this and knows what size to get?

You're best bet is the Lee lens caps, they should fit a Hitech ring too. About a fiver for three, try Dale photographic. Every one of my lenses has adaptor rings fitted all the time and the lee caps. I write on what lens it is so when they're upright in a bag I can go straight to the correct lens. You can even take a white balance through them.

Yep, another for the Lee caps. They're basically plastic lids and just clip in to the outside of the adaptor ring and keep the front element free from dings and dirt particles whilst camera is in the bag.

I went into dale today, useless as ever but it looks too big, could either of you measure the external dimensions of the lee wide angle adaptor for me, I know the hitech is around 90mm
