Don't want to sound harsh,these are just my thoughts!
The plant looks soft,out of focus.
There is a blue tinge,colour cast.
I find the sloping horizon very distracting.

Here's my 2p worth.
I don't mind the colours.
The plant is OOF
The tilt.....If the horizon were straight, then the plant would have been at a more acute angle which would make it a much more interesting shot.
Difficult to just arrange another hoar frost, i know...but try to re-shoot.

I sugeest you dont have the horizon cutting through the subject and you need to use a tripod and focus carefully on the subject selecting an apperture suitable to keep the subject sharp and teh background OOF.
It is difficult to get shots like this sharp handheld assuming you did not use a tripod. I cant see the exif data to see what happened.
