Hollywood Style ?

We recently had a studio night at our club,
here is one of my attempts, and first studio shot, trying to re-create a hollywood style shot !

good effort.

My opinion,

Iris need to be lightened, her left cheek is darker than her right which is odd because there is a lightsource from her left (shadow under the nose gives this away), lips are good, eyes in general need to be sharper, feather boa is good, maybe too tight a crop.

Its a nice image, and for a first studio shoot I think you should be proud

Old Hollywood style is a little more contrasty than above though.
Strong deep shadows, in some cases almost blacked out, brighter highlights too.

Very nice indeed but do agree with InaGlo about the contrast - but lovely shot for your first one - I'd be happy with that

Improved contrast improves a very nice effort IMO
