Holster for D800 + Prime Lenses

Hi,

I'm looking for a holster type of bag for my D800 + 50MM Zeiss Lens to carry in my Aether 70 for when I go backpacking. I think the holster idea is best as it gives protection in the backpack, but not sure which version to get. I'm look at the Lowepro 50 & 55AW versions. I'm aware of a brand called Think Tank, but think they are pricier than Lowepro counter parts.

Ahy tips would be great, thanks.

just wrapping it in a sleeping bag usually does the job.... Place bag on top with camera wrapped in it.

Once did a parachute jump into West Scotland with a glass bottle of milk wrapped in my bag..... lasted 2 days on exercise & was worth it just to see the Co's & RSM's face whilst making a brew...lol

When I'm out hill walking my Canon + 18-135 goes in a Lowepro holster in my rucksack. In fact wherever I take my camera it's in the Lowepro. It's protected it very well for over 3 years so far.
