I meant to revisit this thread but slipped my mind. Thanks for the nudge.
Yes - I did email them but didn't get a response. I ended up phoning again later in the day and spoke to a top bloke called Rik. Very friendly, very helpful, sorted the error out without question.... well, one question actually - who was my preferred courier to deliver the missing items: Yodel, DPD or RM.
To be honest, top service and I'll definately be using them again. Think this was just a picking error as some of the items were similarly named and could well have just been a rookie mistake.
