Yet again been away far to long from the Macro forum,things getting back on track so going to try and post more 
Took this at RSPB Otmoor and was trying to find out if its a Golden Horsefly,as I have never seen one there before,had two trips and forgot my repellent first visit and got absolutely eaten alive
