Critique Horses at the Surrey County Show (Re-edits added)

Well, it was an absolute washout today, but I managed to test the weather sealing of my kit

It's my first time photographing horses in action and was quite a learning curve getting the jumps timed right. Anyway, light was awful so had to play a bit with PP on these - hope they aren't too OTT...

I think you just about get away with No. 2.
The rest are showing halos. Did you use a soft brush to lighten the horses and riders?

Halos suck!

I can't seem to get rid of them, but at full res it doesn't look as bad

I think your PP ruins what could have been quite a nice set...

Thanks for the comment, Rach. I knew the PP would not be to everyone's taste... I need to have another look and see if any are usable as is.

Wow, so much better the second lot "without the PP", light isn't so bad,
although if you printed them and offered the owners they might still jump at the haloed ones
