Hotshoe Adapter

I'm looking for an adapter that'll allow me to have 2 flashes/1 flash and 1 transmitter attached to my camera's hotshoe.

Does such an item exist?

What you'll probably have to do is get one of the adaprtors off ebay which has a PC port on the side. Sit your flash on the top and attach the transmitter to the PC port with a cable.

I've got a cable to move the flash off-camera - it sits in the hotshoe and also has another hotshoe above it to allow another flash to be mounted directly on the camera. You could put the transmitter on the end of the cable and still have a flash on camera (or the other way around)

Or just use two receivers from the single transmitter? Or use a second flash with an optical trigger either built in to mounted on the hotshoe? Or use a PC-sync cord?
