A couple of shots from a roll shot over the summer at Houghton Hall, West Norfolk.

Both shot with the Yashica D using Ektar. The second shot was slightly over-exposed on scanning, pulled back in Lightroom it gives a very intense saturation of the greens. Look for the flame burning at the top of the fountain in the second shot..

Nice work alastair, I love Ektar for outdoor scenes.

Do all your shots with the Ektar have such vivid colours?

Yes, Ektar is a very vivid film. I generally stick to Ektar, Portra 400 and Pro400H, with Ektar being the film I'll go to if I want vivid colours.

I categorise all my uploaded film shots in sets by film type, I can recommend doing this as it makes it easy to look back and see the results each type gives. It's also easy to look back with hindsight and wonder what the result would have been if I'd shot that scene with that film rather than the one I did shoot it with.
