HOUSE FLIES & SPRAYS

For ages I have used Raid to kill flies (I hate the damned things). It does not seem to be effective this year. It previously gave a fast "knock down", but is almost ineffective this year. My cans are not date expired. Makes me wonder if flies have developed immunity.

Sod squirting carcinogens all over the place, I've enough breathing problems already.

For the last fourteen years I've had mosquito nets on all my window and doors. I've only had three or four flies get past them in all that time.

Mosquito/fly zapper

I bought some of these to use in our house in Thailand a couple of years ago and they are quite effective and they're effective on more than just mosquitos . I now use one in the UK as well....

Are they actually house flies though or cluster flies or even the lesser house fly. Easy to tell as the latter two spend far more time walking than they do flying and are very stupid. Fly paper works well for these as they love to land on things.
