How Can I Stop Filter Holder Turning? Cokin P/Hitech

Morning Everyone

I have the Cokin P/Hi Tech 85 filter system (I couldn't afford the Lee one) on issue I have is the holder turns on the adapter ring very easily has anybody got any sugestions on how I can prevent this from happening?

Doesn't the HiTech holder have a thumb-screw that locks it onto the adaptor ring??

Not on the plastic holder no. I don't have the metal holder

Ah - OK, sorry - I've only owned the metal holder. Maybe get a roll of PTFE tape from B&Q and wrap a layer round the ring and try it. If it's still too loose, try 2 layers and so on.
