how different is a 'blad to a nikon dslr ?

Just browsing really and the H4D is for sale with 80mm lens for £10k, £10k gets you a D3x and a few primes... i was wondering how you actually use the H4d ? i have never picked an H series up and had a play, it has a load of features and ive no idea what they even do...so are they worth the money ? It seems to me the D3X has many cards over an H series camera other than all out resolution ?

16 bit processing, beautiful skin tones and a shutter that goes "kerthunk". Oh and the look of awe on people's faces when you whip one out

Never seriously used a D3X but I have D3 and D3S plus a baby entry level 'blad. It's different. For some things it's better. Quite a lot better.
