How do I change copyright info on 1D MkIV?

Just noticed on the exif data for my 1d that the previous owners info is all over it. Copyright / artist etc.

Is there a way to remove his info and add mine with doing a full reset?

Don't you do it through DPP?
Connect your camera to PC and edit from there?
