Speedlite in a Pringles tube with a mask over the end will get close.

Cinefoil will be great for this - shaped as you like, and held in place with gaff tape.

I would use my Godox DP1000 II flash with Wellmaking lens with a wide slit mask, then soft focus the lens. I use same with laser cut mask patterns and sometimes colored filters, to project the patterns on my backdrops.

IMO that looks to be a reflection of a hard light source off of crumpled and folded foil (probably silver)... not a GOBO or lighting attachment. The hard edge inside soft edge, unevenness, and linearity, indicates that to me. I do not think it is the source of the catchlights.
