Yes
One or two of my sky filters have got some very small specks in them. I've tried lens cleaner but they don't budge : any suggestions most welcome..
They're very fine specks, wondered if it was due to lack of use, and them being shut away in a cupboard??

Maybe they are on the opposite side thats why you can't remove them.

I use pecpads and eclipse fluid. If its safe on camera sensor, then it should be safe on filters.

If the specks are that small is it worth worrying about as you will never see them in an image. Well maybe at f22 but probably not.

I had this problem, but read that most of the time any specks showing up on photos are due to dust/debris on the sensor.

The best thing to do is to get yourself a rocket blower, then carefully blow the dust off the sensor. Worked for me! :)
