How to I clean this?

Hi guys, I had a sensor clean a while back just before christmas, but the image attached here it shows more spots of dirt etc. This isnt a picture I wanted to show, its just basically a cry for help.

It looks like a "run of the mill" wet clean should suffice, Daniel.
