How to Post Process Star/Milkyway Images

As the title says, whats the best way to process images of the night sky, my post skills are pretty limited so any advice would be great.

For me I use lightroom.

I tend to whack the clarity to max first of all, then I slightly increase the whites and highlights, slightly decrease the shadows and blacks and increase the contrast.
Then I'll add a grad filter and do the same on that.

If I still want some more pop i'll use the adjustment brush.

You'll end up with grain and there's no getting away from it really.
