How to remove scratches

I found this over the weekend - sadly the young man in it, died before he was 30 so it is quite important.

I could use Corel to remove this but it might be long - are there any easy cheap tools to do it automatically?

Most if not all modern photo editing package should remove those quickly and easily with the repair tool ( I tried first with the free Pixelmator on iMac)
The harder part would be the issues on the bottom right, but a quick Magic Eraser and AI Enhance on a Google Pixel 10 phone sorted that out. You'd probably want to spend a bit more than the 60 seconds I did, just to get the colour correct and any more improvements you'd like.
