Have a look at this http://www.shutteractuations.com/ I've just used it to get a count from my 70D and 5D3 and they were both bang on. I'm still working my way through the first few 1000 shots on my 70D and the count was exactly the same as my last shot. It's got a good list of bodies it supports.
As Dave says below, eoscount is very good and I've found it very accurate on the bodies I've used it with but it cost a few quid each time you use it.
