Hello Everyone,

Newbie to photography in general.

Picked up all secondhand equipment so far
Nikon D7100 + Kit lens (good + VR)
50mm 1.8D FF (good)
35mm 1.8 DX (good but should have got FF for future)
And a Tamron 80-210 (very dark)

Interested in wildlife photography but think I need to upgrade my zoom lens. Lockdown is curtailing excursions to seek out wildlife spots but hope to get out soon enough.

Hoping to learn and contribute to the forum over next while.
 
Ji Mark, welcome to the forum.
We wildlife enthusiasts are definitely missing being able to go out and use our longer lenses, I haven't taken a photo in the entire 7 week lockdown so far!
I've got some feeders up in the garden and I'm getting some birds visiting, pair of Blackbirds and some juvenile Robins but I've been entertaining myself with my trailcam and night videos of foxes, badgers and a hedgehog (as well as a couple of annoying rats!).

Lots of robins, blackbirds and sparrows in the garden too.
I am near the coast and have only made it out once at sunrise as it is getting earlier and earlier
