HTC Desire HD / Android. Uploading pics to Twitter and Facebook

Twitter has never been able to upload pics for me (Selecting either Twitpic or yFrog in the options doesn't make a difference), just either stalls or fails after ages.
Same happened last night, uploading photos with Facebook too.

Has anyone else had this?
I can tweet and update my status fine, just photos don't work.

I upload pics from my HTC Desire HD by means of "Upload to Facebook for HTC Sense" - works every time!
